Kennestone Regional Medical Center, Level II Trauma campus has a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) seeking to expand and follow their passion for providing excellent patient care. The Accreditation Coordinator serves to promote compliance of regulatory, accreditation and certification requirements, assists in the development and leadership of a cohesive Survey Readiness Team, assesses survey readiness through mock surveys and patient tracers, collaborates with hospital and system leaders to establish and monitor action plans for improvement.
Required Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN required) or Graduate of an
accredited university in a health related field. Masters Degree preferred.
Required Minimum Licensure: RN License in the State of GA
Required Minimum Experience: 1-3 years experience in a hospital environment and experience with a regulatory or
accrediting agency survey process.
Required Minimum Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, time management, change management, performance
improvement and project management skils. Must have the ability to work independently and maintain focus on goal
attainment. Must possess a solid understanding of team dynamics.
