Responsibilities

The Manager of Revenue Integrity will own all facets of Charge services across a multitude of business units and

clinical departments system wide. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of an

integrated multi-hospital system including chargemaster audits/updates, workflows, revenue improvement, change

management and staff responsibilities. The overall goal is to manage multi-faceted charge processes to optimize

reimbursement and improve process efficiencies that enhance service delivery and cost controls that ensure the

health system’s competitive position in the marketplace.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education : Bachelor’s Degree, Masters Preferred

Required Minimum Experience : 5+ years of Revenue Integrity/ Chargemaster experience managing complex

charging and capture workflows. Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle and clinical services. Must have outstanding

analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Required Minimum Skills : Good communicator, self-starter, creative problem solver, highly organized and

analytical. Must be comfortable interacting with physicians, administrators and all levels of senior management.
